Residents concerned about Town home Development

In a public hearing on June 4, Roosevelt City’s Planning and Zoning Commission discussed the proposal of a conditional use permit to build 25 town-homes at 200 N 600 W in Roosevelt, pending a traffic study and the addition of off-street parking. The proposal was submitted by Everbuilt representative Jacob Spiers, who has researched that housing statistics in Vernal indicate a great need for affordable housing for those starting families.
