All members of the Uintah Basin Livestock Show board have indicated that their departments would be enlarged and improved over previous years. This was particularly true in the beef cattle classes with FFA boys fattening out superior animals and also having had an earlier start in their feeding programs.

We welcome you to the 50th anniversary celebration of the Scandinavian Heritage Festival in Ephraim, taking place on Friday May 23rd and Saturday May 24th this year. What began fifty years ago as a community fundraiser to restore some of our cherished pioneer buildings has grown into a beloved tradition attracting nearly 20,000 visitors to Snow College campus and Sanpete Valley each year. This festival isn’t just for those with Scandinavian roots; it’s for anyone who values community and connection to the past – and fantastic entertainment. The festival brings together a wide variety of offerings to provide memorable activities and performances, with great fun for all ages.
