UBTech Partners with George T. Weldon Construction, LLC to Invest in Local Workforce
Uintah Basin Technical College (UBTech) and George T. Weldon Construction, LLC are excited to announce a new partnership that will make a significant impact on the local community. As part of this collaboration and celebration of their 50th Anniversary in business, George T. Weldon Construction, LLC has established the “George T. and Judy Weldon - Invest in the Best of the Basin” Scholarship, a $10,000 fund designed to support Uintah Basin residents pursuing careers in construction, welding, CDL, or cabinetry programs at UBTech.

Dale Perry Turns 90
Dale Perry recently celebrated his 90th birthday on Thursday February 27. Dale was born on February 28, 1935, in Vernal Utah to Clara Glines and Stephen Chapman Perry being the youngest of two children. Originally his birth certificate read Stephen Dale Perry but was later changed to Dale Stephen Perry.
